I’m taking Lithium and Abilify for bipolar disorder. Before Abilify i was on Risperdal which messed with my speech. Before Risperdal i was on Depakote which made me gain some weight. Now I look pregnant. How can i lose the 45 pounds ive gained? Im at 158 pounds now.

Since taking Seroquel I have gained weight. I am working hard to lose it. I’m just wondering if it is possible to lose or is it a no-win battel? From things I have read on the internet it says you can’t.
